House rules

Welcome to Lake Garda. We wish you a pleasant stay and kindly ask you to read the following house rules. Our receptionists are at your disposal, should you have any questions or problems. Please take note of the opening hours if displayed.

ARRIVAL
If the apartment is not clean, or something is broken upon your arrival, please let us know immediately, so that we can promptly intervene.

INVENTORY
Upon arrival in the apartment, please check the inventory and let our reception staff know of any damage or missing items, otherwise you will be held responsible.

NUMBER OF PEOPLE
The apartment must not be occupied by more people than stated at the check-in.

DEPOSIT
The deposit paid on arrival may be used to cover additional costs or to compensate any damage or poor cleaning. Once verified that everything is fine, you will be reimbursed the deposit on site.

PARKING
Please park your car in a proper manner, leaving enough space for other vehicles to manoeuvre. Do not park on the grass. There is one parking space for each apartment available.

SILENCE
Please keep noise to a minimum from 1 pm to 3 pm and from 11 pm to 7 am. Respect for other guests is fundamental for a pleasant stay for everyone.

SWIMMING POOL
For its proper use, a regulation has been displayed by the pool. The management will decline any responsibility for damages or accidents if the rules are not respected.

WASTE
Please recycle your rubbish correctly using the communal bins provided.

INSURANCE
Our insurance does not cover damage to personal property, in particular valuable items. The management declines all responsibility.

APARTMENT CLEANING
We ask you to clean the cooking zone and dispose of the trash.

DEPARTURE
As the apartment must be checked before your departure, please take note of the following:
Please inform the reception about the exact time of departure two days before leaving.
A staff member will check your apartment at the agreed time.
Please leave the apartment as you found it on arrival. If everything is ok, you will get the deposit back on the spot.
If you rented bed linen from us, please put it in a pillowcase and leave it by the entrance door of the apartment.

FORBIDDEN
• Tents or caravans are not permitted within the Residence grounds.
• It is not possible to recharge electric cars using the apartment´s power network.

IMPORTANT
• Please respect the decor of the apartment and do not crush insects on the walls.
• Please do not hang up clotheslines but use the clotheshorses provided.
• As the weather is often unpredictable, please close the windows and sun-umbrellas when you leave the apartment.
• Please unfreeze the refrigerator on the day before your departure.
• Do not touch the gas boiler. Inform the reception if there are any problems.
• Do not overcharge with household electrical appliances. Electricity is 220 Volt and the power varies from 1.5 to 3 KW in the apartment.
• Please be aware that thefts may increase during high season. Therefore, take the necessary precautions and shut doors and windows when you`re not in the apartment.
